Yoga has been part of my life since 2010, when I was a contemporary dance student. Due to injuries, I had to stop dance. However, yoga remained in my life. For the psychological and physical benefits that it brought and still brings me.

I decided that I wanted to share the power of yoga with others. In 2016, I did a 200Hrs certification in Vinyasa and Hatha yoga in Rishikesh, India, where I decided to complete my yoga teacher training and be fully immersed in the culture where it all started. I am passionate about travels and I love to discover different cultures.

I also obtained a certification in victimology and I am interested in the power that yoga can have in the process of healing for victims.

Shannon's personal mission statement is- To bring consciousness of the breath by connecting breath to movement. Connecting with your inner self because this is how you can achieve big things in life. Connect the physical body to the spiritual body.Work on being in the present moment.
