Join us in this celebration of two magnificent traditions of yoga, with two experienced teachers exploring together the Five Principles of Optimum Health.

10-10:30am: Introduction: Dialogue circle

10:30-11:30am: Principle 1 - Exercise: Iyengar yoga practice guided by Kara

11:30-noon: Principle 2 - Breathing: Pranayama practice guided by Kara

noon-12:30pm: Principle 3 - Relaxation: Savasana practice guided by Bhaskar

12:30-2:30pm: Principle 4 - Diet: Potluck lunch!

2:30-3:30pm: Dialogue Circle on the Yoga Sutras and selected teaching from BKS Iyengar and Sivananda

3:30-4pm: Principle 5 - Meditation and metta (loving-kindness) practice guided by Bhaskar
