Being present through pain is critical. The pain of loss has many levels and defines itself differently for each person who is having their experience with it.
In these 2 hours together we will, as a group, take some time to discuss our experience and use our yoga practice to help take the deep dive inward, to rise to the surface and catch our breath.
All are welcome, all are safe and all are necessary for each of us to grow beyond our present circumstances.
