Our Newbie sessions are for those brand new to yoga, have chronic pain or are reestablishing a paused practice. The core values of yoga are established here so that we may progress with safety and confidence in ourselves and yoga. These classes introduce inversions aka Sarvangasana (shoulder stand) and Sirsasana (headstand), the practice increases in rigour with a monthly restorative class which visits pranayama.
