Using Blocks helps us to become more skeletally aware. Belts bring a resistance for muscular attention. Together they can bring us new ideas about how the skeletal muscular structure works and functions during stability and mobility asana. On the whole improving our neuro muscular reaction which aides to a more sound bio mechanical structure.
